Thank you for being part of House of Sorority (HOS).
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline the agreement between you (the member) and House of Sorority. By using our website, mobile app, or attending any of our events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
House of Sorority reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform and services immediately.

1. Introduction
House of Sorority (“HOS”, “we”, “us”) is a private, membership-based community created to connect, empower, and support women through curated social experiences.
Our digital platform (app and website) gives members access to exclusive in-person events, private networking, curated and community features.
The website, mobile application, and associated services are collectively referred to as “the Services.”

2. Definitions
• Account: A registered profile created by a user on the HOS platform (app/website) to access member-only features.
• Platform: The website (www.houseofsorority.com), mobile app, and any affiliated subdomains or social channels used to deliver or promote services.
• Member: An individual with an active, paid HOS membership subscription.
• Community: All members of House of Sorority and the digital space through which they connect.
• Third-Party Vendor: A brand or service HOS collaborates with but does not own or manage.
• PDP: The UAE’s Personal Data Protection law under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
• UAE: United Arab Emirates.

3. Eligibility
Membership is open to women aged 22 and above.
House of Sorority is exclusively for women and is designed to be a safe, uplifting space. We reserve the right to verify age and identity upon registration or event attendance.

4. Membership Terms
By subscribing to a HOS membership, you gain access to:
• A private member-only app
• Invitations to curated social and empowerment events
• Access to community features (e.g., member matching, networking)
• Early RSVP options and special member perks
• Offers and collaborations with aligned partner brands
Membership is billed in advance (monthly or annually). It auto-renews unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Event access is subject to capacity. Some events may require separate RSVP or have limited spots.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
• To cancel your membership, please email hello@houseofsorority.com at least 14 days before your renewal date.
• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Membership fees are non-refundable. Failure to attend events or use features does not entitle you to a refund.
• Any refunds granted will be at the sole discretion of House of Sorority and will only be issued to the original payment method.

6. Community Conduct
House of Sorority is rooted in respect, inclusion, and support.
We do not tolerate:
• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
• Disrespectful or divisive comments within our digital or in-person spaces
• Any behavior that undermines the integrity or emotional safety of the community
We reserve the right to terminate any membership, without refund, if a member’s behavior is found to violate these standards.

7. Third-Party Collaborations
HOS collaborates with a variety of third-party brands, venues, and service providers to bring members exclusive experiences and perks.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of any third-party offerings.
• Offers, discounts, or access through HOS are subject to change or removal at the discretion of the third-party provider.
• It is the member’s responsibility to confirm offer terms directly with the vendor.

8. Personal Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
Members may not share, distribute, or misuse the personal data of other members.
Breaches of privacy may result in termination of membership and possible legal consequences.

9. Communication Preferences
By creating an account, you agree to receive communication from us via:
• Push notifications
• Email newsletters
• Social media messages (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
You may opt-out of non-essential marketing messages at any time via your profile settings or by contacting us at hello@houseofsorority.com.

10. Network Access & Technical Responsibility
Members are responsible for:
• Their own device access and internet connection
• Updating the app to the latest version to access features
• Any data or roaming charges incurred through use of the platform
We strive to keep the platform functional and up to date, but occasional downtime or delays may occur.

11. Usage Restrictions
You may not:
1. Share or sell your membership or account access
2. Copy or misuse any content, media, or branding from the HOS platform
3. Use the platform to promote illegal, harmful, or unrelated commercial activity
4. Distribute or misuse content shared by other members

12. Media & Content Consent
By attending any House of Sorority event, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be captured during the experience.
These may be used by House of Sorority for:
• Social media posts
• Website content
• Marketing materials
• Promotional campaigns
We always strive to share content that aligns with our values and celebrates our community in an uplifting and respectful way. By participating in events, you grant House of Sorority the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish images or video content featuring you, unless stated otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Governing Law
House of Sorority is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the Emirate of Dubai.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that all actions, content, and participation are at your own discretion and risk. House of Sorority is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred while using services or attending partnered events.
